I accept payment through Stripe, Zelle and bank wire transfer. Additional ways can always be discussed and agreed upon before working together.
What payment types do you accept?
My Essential 'Done For You' Setup Service typically takes 3 to 4 weeks from start to finish. This time frame depends on receiving a completed Implementation Questionnaire from the client within 1 week of a signed contract. It also requires a commitment to attend the Mapping Your Process and Offboarding calls.
How long does a CRM Account Setup Take?
Yes. With over 10 years of experience in legal support, I know and understand how important confidentiality is. Your information is never shared. Additional safeguards can be put into place depending on the project.

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. It is technology tool for managing all of a business's relationships and interactions with clients and potential clients.
What is a crm?
Yes! You will receive $100 off your service contract after the referral has booked and paid their first invoice. I appreciate you for spreading the word about my services.
Do you have a referral plan?
Notice will be given to client mid-month as to how many hours remain in their package. Additional hours needed to finish a task or agreed upon service will be billed at my hourly rate.
What happens when I cap my hours in a monthly plan?
Hours do not rollover. Monthly plans are automatically reset at the end of the plan term.
Will my monthly hours rollover?
I use a work timer that tracks all activity from start to finish.
How are hours calculated?
If you require a specific task but you don’t see it in my service list, please schedule a complimentary call so we can chat about it. I may be able to assist you or know of someone qualified to refer you to.
Can you assist with unique tasks?
I do not require clients to commit to long term service contracts. However I do have a terms of service contract that clients must read, agree to and sign before I will provide services. The terms of service provides a synopsis of the agreed upon terms and general information so that we’re all on the same page.
